Hi, my name is Sam. I am a mom, a teacher, and a baker! Ever since I was a child, I have loved baking, and I truly found my passion in crafting elaborate birthday cakes for my boys. They are my inspiration, and that’s why I started my home based bakery, H and H Sweets and Treats, where I also offer delicious gluten free sweets!

A little over three years ago, I was diagnosed with a severe gluten intolerance, which saddened me as it meant limited access to delicious treats. I found that store-bought gluten free sweets often tasted and smelled like chemicals, failing to satisfy my sweet tooth. This realization led me to start gluten free baking. I was thrilled when people enjoyed my treats, inspiring me to create a variety of delicious baked goods, including birthday cakes, for everyone. When I learned how many people live without tasty sweets and treats due to gluten allergies or restrictions, it became my mission to make delightful gluten free sweets accessible for all through my home based bakery!
